I'm recruiting for a newly created Transformation & FP&A Lead role within a global business that's evolving at serious pace. This is a rare opportunity to join a household-name brand at a pivotal moment - they're investing heavily in reshaping how finance supports the wider business, and FP&A is right at the heart of that journey.
The role:
You'll work directly with the Finance Director to lead the build-out of a modern, forward-looking FP&A function. This means more than just reporting - you'll help redesign the operating model, introduce new processes and tools, and shape how performance is tracked, challenged, and optimised across the group.
Focus:
🔹 End-to-end ownership of FP&A transformation
🔹 Building new planning and forecasting cycles
🔹 Driving consistency across regions and business units
🔹 Partnering with senior stakeholders globally to embed better decision-making
🔹 Owning long-range planning and commercial insight
The successful candidate will need strong FP&A experience from a complex, fast-paced business, and a track record of building or transforming finance functions. You'll be confident influencing at a senior level, excited by change, and comfortable getting stuck into the detail while also thinking strategically.
