Are you a commercially minded accountant with sharp Excel skills and a knack for financial analysis? Morgan McKinley is proud to be working exclusively with a leading organisation in Bristol to recruit a Commercial Accountant on a permanent basis.

In this pivotal role, you'll drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making across two key business units. You'll own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while delivering real commercial insight to senior leaders.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting

• Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities

• Power BI and advanced Excel skills

• A commercially focused mindset and stakeholder confidence

• Available within 2 months (ideally sooner)
