Are you a commercially minded Management Accountant looking to join a fast paced, ambitious business? This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the month-end process, deliver insightful analysis, and play a key role in driving business performance as the company continues to scale.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for producing accurate and timely management accounts, improving financial processes, and providing analysis to support strategic decision making. This is a hands on, varied role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and board pack
- Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Overseeing accruals, prepayments, and journals
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Working with department heads to track performance against KPIs
- Cash flow reporting and analysis
- Assisting with year-end and audit preparation
- Driving process improvements and automation across finance
About You:
- Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
- Experience within eCommerce, retail, or a product-based business preferred
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Confident communicator able to partner with non-finance teams
- Proactive and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail
