Expatriate Tax Manager

Morgan McKinley is supporting a UK wide Accounting Practice in their recruitment for an Expatriate Tax Manager to join their Global Mobility / Employer Solutions team in their Aberdeen office.

The team in Aberdeen mainly support companies operating the Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Energy related industries and other "mid-market" sized businesses, with small to medium sized assignee populations.

Responsibilities as an Expatriate Tax Manager:

• Manage a portfolio of mainly Energy industry clients
• Maintain and develop relationships with globally mobile individuals and client side contacts
• Review and signing out of UK Tax returns
• Conducting briefings alone and supporting junior colleagues with their briefings
• Continuously seek to improve client relationships, as well as improve processes and procedures
• Collaborate with other internal teams, and connect with outside stakeholders
• Support, train and help develop junior colleagues

You will be experienced with UK Expatriate Tax work and may be ATT, CTA or ACA qualified, whilst individuals with significant and suitable experience with no qualifications will be considered.
