Morgan McKinley have partnered with a global asset manager based in Central London who are hiring for a Sales Support Manager to lead their DC pensions bid team

International asset manager based in central London are hiring for a bid proposal specialist to lead the defined contribution pensions team. They are looking for someone who is a passionate, dedicated and hands-on leader.

Responsibilities of Sales Support Manager:

  • Lead a team of 4
  • Manage incoming new business requests and respond to existing clients
  • Produe high quality proposal materials, and work with compliance to sign off
  • Support sales with new business targets
  • Ensure the team are operating efficiently as well as compliantly
  • Ensure RFP answer database is kept up to date
  • Suggest ideas for process improvement

Experience required of Sales Support Manager:

  • Previous experience of managing a team, essential
  • Experience in bid proposal
  • Experience producting materials such as pitch presentations
  • Defined contribution pensions experience, highly desirable
