About the Company
Our client is a leading provider of document solutions and digital imaging services, specializing in secure document management, archiving, and workflow automation. They are looking for a Technical Consultant to support the design and delivery of software solutions that help clients improve their business processes. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, from understanding business needs to developing, deploying, and supporting applications.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements through discussions, meetings, and workshops.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, solution designs, and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Develop and maintain integrations with relational (SQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
- Troubleshoot application issues, investigate bugs, and provide timely support to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in software development activities including version control, documentation, testing, and deployment throughout the SDLC.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with team members on project delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge within the team.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Knowledge of C# and ASP.NET Core through academic projects, internships, or personal projects.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services and microservices concepts.
- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and non-relational databases such as MongoDB.
- Exposure to front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and at least one framework such as React, Angular, Next.js, or Flutter.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and work collaboratively in a client-facing environment.
