As part of their regional expansion, they are seeking a Sales Account Manager to strengthen and grow strategic relationships across APAC. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-growth environment that values innovation, ownership, and long-term client partnerships.
What You'll Do:
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-value accounts across the region, developing account strategies that align with client goals and business growth targets.
- Drive renewals, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and negotiate commercial terms to maximize value.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all strategic matters-running QBRs, leading escalations, and coordinating delivery performance across multiple teams.
- Navigate large, matrixed client structures and coordinate with global stakeholders (primarily in APAC, with some interaction across EMEA/US).
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (Sales, Product, Operations, Finance) to ensure unified and proactive client management.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce and internal systems.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in enterprise account management or client success, ideally within SaaS or B2B service environments.
- Experience managing multinational clients and engaging senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to grow revenue within existing accounts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
- Proficient in Salesforce and account planning tools.
