Payroll Specialist (Foreign Bank) | Up to $ 4,500 | Immediate

· Perform end-to-end full payroll lifecycle using SAP system

· Hybrid Work Arrangement

· Min 3 years of experience in hands on payroll processing work

· 1 Year Contract (Maternity Cover)

· Basic Salary up to $ 4,500 / Raffles Place

Key Responsibilities:

· Process monthly payroll, including new hires, leavers, and employee changes.

· Prepare off-cycle payments (tax, terminations).

· Perform monthly reconciliation of payroll accounts.

· Assist in documenting and reviewing payroll procedures.

· Adhere to payroll governance and perform 4-eye checks.

· Support the payroll manager and team as needed.

· Respond to employee payroll queries with excellent service.

· Apply strong knowledge of Singapore payroll legislation.

· Manage monthly/year-end tax and tax clearance processes.

· Participate in country/regional payroll alignment initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

· Minimum 3 years in payroll or finance.

· Good knowledge of SAP Payroll or similar systems. Workday experience a plus.

· Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

· Excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.

· Proactive, able to work independently with confidential information.

· Proficient in Word and Excel.

· Experience processing Singapore payroll in-house and income tax.

· Experience in account reconciliation.

· Strong knowledge of pension, tax, and payroll employment matters.
