Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage the full payroll process, including the accurate payout of commissions for our sales team.
- Work closely with a key team member to fix and refine the current commission structure.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to model, compute, and verify complex commission calculations based on varying rates.
- Design and implement an automated solution to streamline the commission payout process, reducing manual effort and potential for errors.
- Serve as the primary executor for all payroll and commission-related tasks.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure seamless payroll management.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a payroll, finance, or data analysis role.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential; you must be adept at handling complex data sets and calculations.
- A strong understanding of payroll processes and commission structures.
- Experience with process automation or a demonstrated ability to learn and implement new systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Self-starter who is comfortable with a high degree of autonomy.
