· Salary up to $ 7,000 + Prorated completion bonus
· Comfortable with an Individual Contributor role with ad hoc regional calls
· 6-7 Months contract (Maternity Cover)

· Performance Excellence: Drive frameworks for performance management, recognition, and career development.
· Operational Agility: Review and refine HR policies to ensure the organization stays ahead of market best practices.
· Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with internal Centres of Excellence to turn HR metrics into proactive business solutions.
Who You Are
· The Experienced Generalist: You bring 5-8 years of HRBP experience, preferably within a fast-paced MNC or technology services landscape.
· The Independent Driver: You are comfortable operating as an individual contributor, managing senior stakeholders across various levels.
· The Resourceful Problem Solver: You balance strategic "big picture" thinking with a hands-on, proactive approach to execution.
· The Influencer: You have the gravitas to partner with leaders and the communication skills to navigate a dynamic corporate structure.
