Customer Service Consultant (Inbound | 1 Year Contract)

· Dealing with customer enquiries via inbound calls

· CBD Area / Standard Office Hours (Monday - Friday)

· Salary up to $ 3,500 + Completion bonus

· Min 1 year call centre customer service experience (Experience in Financial industry is a plus!)

· 1 Year Contract (Highly renewable / convertible)

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle customer enquiries via inbound phone calls and digital channels with professionalism and care

· Ensure accurate and timely updates in our CRM system

· Proactively cross-sell and promote our insurance products when opportunities arise

· Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain service quality standards

· Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience

· Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer journey

· Stay up to date with product knowledge and participate in continuous learning

What You'll Bring:

· Min 1 year Customer service experience in a Contact Centre environment is a MUST!

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Bilingual is preferred to deal with people from all walks of life

· Passionate about customer care and creating positive outcomes

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with contact centre systems

· Insurance certification (General or Health) is an advantage
