Job Description
Oversee commercial operations and post fixtures of the chartered out/in vessels to ensure Charter Parties are implemented smoothly and disputes are handled professionally.
Participate in the review and negotiate with charterers/owners of the charter in/out vessels on the charter terms and contracts.
Drafting and checking of the Charter Parties & Addenda to ensure the charter party terms are in order
Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, charterers and brokers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Coordinate with Finance team to ensure hire is promptly arranged and to ensure expenses are recovered on a monthly basis
Participate in ad-hoc project and chartering duties as assigned
