Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing

Lead the localization of global brand campaigns and manage comprehensive 360-degree marketing efforts across various channels, including social, digital, and in-store.

Drive brand awareness, engagement, and equity through creative storytelling and data-driven decisions, collaborating with the PR team to maximize impact.
Product Marketing

Own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.

Lead sales forecasting and demand planning, analyzing data to inform forecasts and inventory, and developing launch plans in collaboration with retail and education teams
Collaboration & Reporting

Partner with internal functions and retail partners to ensure cohesive execution across all consumer touchpoints.

Track KPIs, deliver timely campaign reports, and manage the marketing budget for category campaigns and launches
