Product Specialist - Cybersecurity (Palo Alto Focus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver compelling value propositions and presentations to customer executives, aligning solutions with business priorities.
- Drive pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and advancing cybersecurity opportunities in collaboration with sales teams.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives (events, webinars, campaigns) to promote Palo Alto-based services and generate demand.
- Lead and manage Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Conduct workshops and enablement sessions to educate customers on Palo Alto technologies and best practices.
- Deliver customized demonstrations that showcase Palo Alto's capabilities and solve specific customer challenges.
- Maintain strong collaboration with Palo Alto Networks to ensure alignment, joint initiatives, and up-to-date solution knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity presales, product consultancy, or solution sales.
- Strong understanding of Palo Alto Networks products (NGFW, Prisma, Cortex, Panorama); PCNSE certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in driving customer engagements, PoCs, and workshops in a B2B environment.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Familiarity with managed security services and market trends in cybersecurity.
