An established MAS-regulated asset management firm is looking to hire a Fund Operations & Finance professional to support its fund platform. This role sits at the core of fund operations, finance, and regulatory support, working closely with external service providers and internal stakeholders across FMC and VCC structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end fund finance and operations across fund management companies and VCC structures, including NAV review, payments, expense monitoring, cash management, and budgeting
- Act as the primary liaison with fund administrators, auditors, tax agents, banks, lawyers, and other service providers on accounting, reporting, audits, tax, and fund lifecycle matters
- Manage fund launches, VCC and sub-fund setups, including bank/brokerage account openings and coordination with service providers
- Oversee subscriptions and redemptions, working closely with administrators and investors on operational documentation and timelines
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements, including MAS filings, statutory submissions, and coordination with external compliance consultants
- Provide corporate and operational support, including HR administration, payroll coordination, and general business operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong foundation in finance with hands-on experience in fund operations or financial services
- At least 3 years of experience in fund administration, fund operations, or asset management
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with investors
