We're working with a venture capital firm with over $3 billion in AUM who is looking for a Finance Manager to join their Singapore office.
Job Scope:
- Prepare/ Oversee quarterly and annual financial reporting processes
- Prepare quarterly and annual valuation on portfolio companies
- Prepare/ Manage capital calls, distributions and calculation
- Maintain and monitor cash flow forecasting, cash positions and liquidity management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as fund administrators, legal counsel, tax advisors and auditors
- Maintain and track the performance of portfolio companies
- Prepare quarterly and annual portfolios valuation
- Support regulatory reporting and filing. Assist on tax matters such as FATCA, CRS reporting.
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant disciplines
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CA is a plus
- At least 6 years of experience in Private Equity/ Venture Capital
- Team player, good communication skills
