Oversee and manage the outsourced Security Operations Centre (SOC) to ensure effective monitoring, detection, and response to cyber threats.
Ensure security alerts, vulnerabilities, and risks are investigated and addressed promptly.
Conduct Level 2 investigations and digital forensics on suspected cyber incidents and security events.
Manage and optimise cybersecurity tools and platforms used for threat detection and incident response.
Monitor and analyse cyber threat intelligence feeds from authorities and industry sources.
Disseminate relevant intelligence insights across internal teams to improve threat awareness and preparedness.
Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices to recommend improvements to security controls.
Support internal and external security audits and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Ensure cybersecurity practices align with organisational policies and security frameworks.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Technology, Enterprise Risk, and Strategy teams to maintain operational readiness.
Plan and coordinate vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities, ensuring timely remediation of identified risks.
Track and monitor remediation progress to strengthen the organisation's security posture.
Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
4-7 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, SOC, or incident response roles.
Experience managing or working closely with SOC or Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP).
Basic knowledge of threat intelligence, incident response, and digital forensics practices.
Familiarity with common security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate security incidents effectively.
Good communication skills with the ability to translate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
