Business Development Manager (Insurance Firm)

The Client is a multinational insurance firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new agency partners and work closely with both new and existing agency partners to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute sales & business development strategy
• Develop communication strategies and programs to deepen relationships with agency partners.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationship with network of GI Agents through regular updates and engagements
• Work closely with agents to understand their client's insurance needs
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Participate in new product launches and campaigns
• Prepare business reporting documents for management engagement

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum degree required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services
• Strong network of GI agents within the industry
• BCP, ComGI & PGI certification is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management skills
