Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality administrative and coordination support to the business development and marketing teams.
- Enhance the client experience by ensuring consistent, professional service at every stage of engagement.
- Manage and refine client information, performance data, and conversion tracking.
- Contribute to international business growth initiatives and partnership activities.
- Prepare and update marketing and investor materials such as presentations, summaries, and due diligence documents.
- Oversee and improve processes related to the firm's digital investor platform and user interface.
- Organize and support client-focused events and engagement sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in private banking, wealth advisory or a comparable financial services role.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and partners.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
- Highly driven, proactive, and collaborative within team settings.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and dynamic work environments.
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- Enjoys close teamwork and an energetic, growth-oriented culture.
- Experience in a technology-driven financial or lending platform, particularly in sales or business development would be advantageous.
