Job Description

The Service Transition Team work alongside with Project Management Team to ensure new and changing services are successfully transitioned in line with key deliverables.

Requirements

  • The candidate possess good leadership covering the planning, management and drive the Service Transition Team. The candidate is able to prepare and present proposal to seek approval and secure funds for Service Transition Initiatives
  • Maintain Service Catalogue
  • Manage team / multiple workstreams to ensure effective and quality transfer to Service Operations in compliance with Service Readiness Process (SRP) for all new services introduced via the business project lifecycle
  • Identify and manage Operations Risk to ensure a successful transition to service
  • Ensure new Services comply with end to end support structure, SLAs, KPIs and monitoring that meet business requirements and priorities
  • Recommend approaches to improve efficient and quality of service transition
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert and Drive organisational capability to effectively apply Service Transition framework
  • Promote and support a culture of compliance and continuous improvements aligned to ITIL and service operations
  • Planning the budget and resources needed to fulfil Service Transition Activities
