Job Description

Our client is a globally renowned luxury fashion brand known for its exceptional quality and craftsmanship. With a rich heritage spanning over a century, it sets the standard for men's fashion.

They offer a wide range of products including tailored clothing, sportswear, accessories, and more. As a Regional Senior Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand's retail operations and customer experience within South East Asia.

About the role:

This role requires a combination of leadership skills, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering an unparalleled shopping experience to customers.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to a team of Store Managers and their respective teams across multiple locations within the region.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating teams to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and uphold the brand's standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective retail strategies that drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure that every customer interaction reflects the brand values and delivers an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs for store teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to develop employees' skills and capabilities.


  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a Regional track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion, brand identity, and customer experience principles.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales data and KPIs to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
  • Proficiency in relevant retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
