Job Description

Our client, a leading MNC is looking for a Senior Operations Executive. This is a replacement role, due to a promotion internally

Position Summary

* 3PL performance management

* Lead Reworks & Sub-contracting Operations

* Regional coordinator for EPCR & POSM procurement process for APAC

* Job requires the candidate to work in third party warehouse on regular basis

Job Responsibilities

3PL management

* Ensure smooth daily operations in 3PL

* Host regular performance management meetings with 3PL and other departments in Supply Chain

* Track and validate 3PL and vendor invoices , drive for Logistics cost optimization

* Inventory management, lead monthly stock reconciliation, monthly cycle count and annual stock take.

* Lead the RFQ process

* Facilitate EPCR & POSM procurement process for APAC region

* Key contact person for 3PL on Ecommerce and Direct-To-Consumer(DTC) related activities (including stock take, stock reconciliation etc)

* Key contact person for one of their brands (Stock replenish)

* Own stock and dry material write-off/disposal scrap process Reworks & Co-packing management

* Own the reworks and co packing process, lead new projects for reworks and co-packing, Dry goods replenishment for reworks, Work closely with co-packing team in warehouse

* Master Data (SKU) creation and maintenance for co-packing product Quality

* Regional champion for Quality, coordinating quality related issues between APAC region and Global Supply Chain

* Coordinate and arrange dry material from the overseas quality team for stock recovery Systems

* Super user of SAP

* Lead/participate in systems improvement projects Others

* Drive for continuous improvement

* Support any other projects, or ad-hoc events as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Core Competencies Required

* Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or Business admin

* More than 5 years working experience in supply chain or logistics in a MNC, with good business acumen

* Experienced in driving cross functional coordination, project management

* A team player, experienced in cross cultural and cross functional communications

* Experience of managing 3PL subcontracting team, RFQ process, annual stock take

* System friendly, Experience in SAP implementation/system improvement is a plus

* Analysis and problem solving skills

* Self-initiated Learner
