Job Description

We are working with a well known eCommerce facilitator within Singapore. They are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team!

Our Client:

Our client is an established eCommerce facilitator, seeking a Senior Account Manager to come on board!

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate is expected to generate strong pipelines through active networking and building strong partner relationships through a collaborative sales approach. The key responsibilities for this role would be to prospect, qualify and acquire new customers (regional and global MNCs) with the focus of generating new revenue and developing bespoke solutions. The successful candidate will be required to manage and grow the portfolio of assigned accounts to increase overall revenue contribution. You will be the point of escalation for any customer related issues and proactively manage the resolution process and report on status updates and implement improvement measures where necessary. You will also be required to work collaboratively with the DVP of Business Development on improvising business operations, proactively manage and conduct regular MBR / QBR with key accounts to drive service improvement and business growth.

The Successful Applicant:

The successful applicant should have a degree, preferably in the Logistics discipline or equivalent experience, with a minimum 5 years of Sales Management, Logistics and eCommerce experience. This individual should have a proven track record of successful sales and account management with a strong logistics and transportation background. You should also have good organisational and strong communication skills and the ability to engage with all stakeholders (internal & external) - this includes written, verbal communication and presentation. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as a team player, make calculated decisions, and also possess a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
