About the job
Morgan McKinley Talent Solutions is a business focusing on RPO recruiting services. It is looking for experienced agency or inhouse recruiters to join them as a RPO Sales Manager.

The Opportunity
We are looking to hire an experienced recruiter to join our Talent Solutions team, to work onsite with one of our RPO clients. You will be dedicated to hiring for one of our RPO clients, within the technology space.

Get to know the division you could be joining
You will be joining an office of 80+ recruiters in Singapore and will be part of the Talent Solutions team of 40+ recruiters. Within Talent Solutions there are various teams focused on hiring for different clients, with most of the recruiters being based onsite with the client. You will be reporting to the Client Director in charge of that account.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Establish understanding of existing client base to include current servicing requirements and future service opportunities
  • Identify targets to up-sell existing or new services
  • Partner with operations to improve service delivery
  • Drive schedule of PSL reviews and presentations
  • Identify and target new client opportunities
  • Work with operations to develop commercial pricing models
  • Follow up on client leads as identified from operations
  • Partner with operations to drive go to market strategy
  • Deliver agreed growth targets across Singapore/APAC Non RPO Business


  • Help to shape a culture of teamwork with the Operational Director and Management team through ensuring that there is sufficient sharing of communication, information, and knowledge
  • Hold your director peers accountable to building a positive wining sales environment
  • Reward and recognize positive teamwork behaviours
  • Build effective partnerships with Operations Managers and their teams to achieve optimum delivery
  • Work cohesively with the business to ensure consistency of standards & performance
