Job Description
Our client is one of the most prestigious company in the luxury industry. Coming from France, They are very well known selling cosmetics products.
The head office for the APAC region is located in Singapore. They are looking for a Retail & Client Experience Manager to manage their 3 stores and expand the branding to its full potential.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the best quality customer experience in the store by training the staff, bring excellence and lead by example
- Managing the team by hiring, training, doing sales review and updates and maintaining a cohesive work environment
- Working closely with the marketing and sales team by giving them feedback about customers trends and sales results
- Analyzing the market trends and local updates to bring new ideas to the General Manager on how to improve the brand positioning and expand client partnerships
Qualifications
- 3 -8 years of retail experience within luxury experience in Singapore
- A strong passion for sales, customer journey and high level quality service
- Capacity to analyze data and use it to push the sales targets higher
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
