Job Description
Our client is a distinguished global spirits company renowned for its craftsmanship and commitment to excellence. They bring exceptional whiskies and premium spirits to the world.
Their passion for innovation and quality is at the heart of everything they do. They are expanding in APAC and as part of it, they are looking for a Private Client Relationship Manager to guide their High Net-worth clientele and bring new ones.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Client Engagement: Foster and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, serving as their dedicated point of contact for personalized luxury shopping experiences.
- Tailored Service: Provide unparalleled service by understanding clients' unique preferences, style, and preferences, curating bespoke shopping experiences that align with their tastes.
- Exclusive Product Knowledge: Showcase an in-depth understanding of luxury products and brands, offering expert advice and recommendations that resonate with clients' refined tastes.
- Personalized Shopping: Create an elevated shopping journey by curating curated selections and presenting exclusive product previews, ensuring each interaction is memorable.
- Loyalty Building: Implement strategies to enhance client loyalty, ensuring clients return for their luxury retail needs and view the brand as their trusted partner.
- Networking and Partnerships: Collaborate with luxury brand ambassadors and partners to organize VIP events, previews, and unique experiences, enhancing the brand's exclusivity.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth by effectively cross-selling and upselling luxury products that align with clients' preferences.
- Market Insights: Stay attuned to luxury market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback, sharing insights with internal teams to continuously elevate the client experience.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in sales, brand ambassador or client experience role in luxury, hospitality or wine & spirits industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to do presentations, pitch new ideas and attract new clients.
- Strong passion for storytelling, hosting events and social interactions
