Our client is a leading technology agency that revolutionalises, provides innovative and integrates smart technologies for the healthcare sector.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of the Chief Risk Office, you will be responsible for developing the ERM infrastructure and risk management information system, which includes policies, procedures, reports and risk data collection and reporting systems.
This position will also support the facilitation of risk assessments; roll out risk initiatives and the maintenance of the risk information management systems. You will monitor and generate reports on a regular basis to senior management on the operation and progress of all risk management efforts.
You are a facilitator, an integrator of people, process and technology. You should have a track record of competency in the field of risk management with direct experience in IT/Technology.
Role and Responsibilities
Develops, maintains and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the enterprise risk program and its related activities to support the strategic, operational and compliance objectives of the organization.
Manages day-to-day maintenance of the risk management infrastructure.
Identifies potential areas of vulnerability and risk; help risk owners develop or implement mitigation action plans for resolution of risks, and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
Monitors risk activities of departments to remain abreast of the status of all risk status and to identify conformance to risk standards and procedures.
Provides information to assist management in measuring risk response against desired objectives.
Minimum 5 years' experience in an operational risk, IT audit or related field gained within IT / Healthcare industry
Critical thinking skills that encompasses effective analysis of data, and the ability to disaggregate business or project plans into component risks.
Demonstrated ability to compile and analyse large amounts of subjective data to identify critical positive and negative trends or themes.
Ability to operate in a consultative manner with all levels of program management.
Ability to gain consensus and on going collaboration with management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
ERM Planning & Management, PMP Risk, CITPM, Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
