Job Description

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a UK MNC client in search of an Executive Assistant to support their regional President.

This is a vital role within the Company for an experienced, highly motivated and efficient Executive Assistant, providing full support to President of Asia Pacific region. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to use initiative, problem solve and anticipate the needs of the President.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • To take full responsibility for diary management: arranging meetings for the President both internally and externally; coordinating across others in the Business: ensuring efficient and effective use of time in all locations
  • Co-ordinate and organizing travel arrangements
  • Provide support by creating and preparing spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations etc. and to be sufficiently numerate as to understand the data in the spreadsheets in order to identify simple errors
  • Organization of conferences and events within the region which includes arranging travel, accommodation and other related aspects for the participants
  • Assist in expenses filing and reporting, and other appropriate tasks
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate, following up any actions
  • Opening and managing post, often corresponding on behalf of President
  • Filtering e-mails, responding to some on behalf of the President and highlighting those that need immediate attention
  • Prepare quarterly reports, forward plans (budgets) as well as other monthly reports and proposals
  • Working as a key member of the team, ensuring the highest standard of communication and co-ordination
  • Manage and organize papers to make sure the President is well prepared
  • Updating the President on a daily basis on all relevant issues
  • Undertaking projects as requested by the President
  • General office administration including managing and ordering the stationery for the President and team
  • General administrative duties for the wider regional team
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc

Qualifications :
Degree holder with excellent use of English language. Advanced Word, Power Point and Excel skills Quick and accurate typing skills.

Experience :
10 to 15 years' experience working with senior management in MNC environment
