Education Manager - Luxury skincare industry

Job Description

Our client is a global MNC selling luxury cosmetics products around the world. They have been very well known for several decades and they keep on expanding.

They are looking for an Education Manager to drive the domestic market.

As an Education Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Planning, writing and executing the localized training seminars from global guidelines
• Training the Beauty Advisors on product training and selling strategies
• Partnering with the marketing team to drive aligned branding direction
• Supporting the digital training platform to adapt remote learning capabilities
• Work closely to retail staff in order to give live feedback on market needs

The successful applicant must have

. A degree in business or any related field

. 5 to 8 years of Education experience in beauty industry based in Singapore is preferred

. Excellent communication and organization skills as you will work with many stakeholders and need to take decisions rapidly for different projects

. A passion for training and education, confidence and self-motivation to do your job well and a drive to work towards a common goal.

This role will give you an opportunity to work for an MNC where your inputs will have strong impact on the brand strategy in travel retail. You will be stimulated and challenged to be creative and find fast solutions as you will report to the Education Director.
