Job Description

Our client is a well known European cosmetics company selling skincare and make up and wellness products. They have been present for many decades and they keep expanding in the region.

They are looking for a CRM & Customer Experience Manager to report to the Marketing Director.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

. Creating plans to attract new customers and retain the existing ones

. Analyzing and establishing new CRM strategies to implement in stores to increase the sales revenues

. Working closely with the Product Marketing team to put in place efficient and targeted marketing campaigns

. Establishing specific campaigns for the VIP Members

The successful candidate must have:

. A business, marketing or ecommerce degree

. 6 to 10 years of CRM, Loyalty program, Customer Experience in Singapore ideally from B2C industry

. Strong communication skills as you would work with many different shareholders

. Advanced level of Microsoft Office specially Excel, Adobe Campaign and any database tools such as data analytics and email marketing

. Ability to multi task and be efficient and organized

This is a great opportunity to be hands on the CRM strategy within a well-established company. You will report and learn a lot from the Marketing Director and manage one experienced individual. The team has a collaborative, passionate and dynamic culture.
