Job Description

We are working closely with our client, an leading D2C insurer to identify a Assistant Manager, Online Marketing for their operations

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing performance acquisition and branding campaigns for online biddable media across multiple markets
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify clear goals, developing SEO optimization strategies that will drive traffic, conversion, revenue growth and profitability
  • Monitor for self-managed advertising, serving and analytics platforms on Google, Facebook
  • Review of tracking, data analysis, and other key metrics to ensure the performance conducted complies with the requirement
  • Review and support marketing technology changes and enhancements to achieve performance goals.
  • Drive and exceed targets for owned markets

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent, with 4 to 6 years' experience in performance marketing preferably at an agency
  • Strong background in self-served digital platforms like Google Adwords, Facebook, Yahoo, Outbrain
  • Proficient in digital advertising platforms and adserving platforms with a solid background in managing and optimising paid and organic search campaigns
