Job Description

Our client, a global technology player, is now looking for an APAC Payroll Specialist on a 9 Months Contract, with the possibility of an extension

Our client, a global tech firm is looking for an APAC Payroll Specialist to join their growing team on a 9 months contract to start with.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support and review payroll & ensuring accuracy and compliance to local requirements
2. Build and manage payroll process to ensure adequate internal controls, drive efficiencies and process improvements as well as timely review of payroll computations
3. Support payroll compliance as well as ad hoc request from local statutory authorities
Manage multiple payroll service providers and develop / maintain positive internal and external relationships (HR team, payroll service providers)
4. Support any ongoing Finance global/ regional operations projects as required
5. Support other Finance Operations team members as required
6. Assist in internal audit and SOX testing

What we are looking for:

1. Finance or Business Degree or Diploma or equivalent
2. 3- 5 years relevant experience with related, fast-growing, multi-national company
Broad regional APAC experience inclusive of payroll
3. Strong computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel (experience with Workday and Concur is very desirable)
4. Ability to work effectively with geographically disperse teams
