Responsibilities
- Work closely with traders, sales teams, middle office, and other stakeholders to execute Equity Derivatives trade lifecycle (Exotics, Options, Futures, Swaps, Structure products, Accu/ Decu, etc.)
- Generate daily control report. Validate of trade economics captured in the exotic valuation templates and review trade Termsheets
- Confirm and validate performance, funding interest with counterparties, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Address any trade discrepancies or issues that may arise during the confirmation and settlement process.
- Process corporate actions, post trade and life-cycle events
- Highlighting any discrepancies or delays in reporting
- Perform implementation of new processing platforms and system enhancements
- Work with Change the bank on remediation plans ensuring relevant action owners deliver and all stakeholders are informed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in middle office / trade support role
- Familiarity with OTC products & markets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive on taking up tasks
- Proficient PC sills including MS Office (Excel & VBA)
