Key Responsibilities
Data Governance & Lifecycle Management

Oversight & Maintenance: Manage the daily creation and maintenance of client account data and mapping across multiple platforms and cross-functional teams.

Static Data Setup: Ensure all client static data is accurately configured and meets stringent local regulatory requirements before any trading activity commences.

Instrument Reference Data: Create and maintain complex instrument data within the firm's primary reference data platforms and downstream applications.

Exception Management: Investigate and resolve Straight-Through Processing (STP) data exceptions by following established team protocols and procedures.
Process Improvement & Strategy

Operational Excellence: Continuously identify opportunities for automation and quality improvements to enhance data integrity and client service levels.

Strategic Implementation: Lead the design and execution of process improvements, ensuring documented procedures are both scalable and followed correctly.

Risk Mitigation: Maintain a strong control mindset, identifying operational risks across the front-to-back office lifecycle.
What You Need

Experience: 5-7 years in Reference Data Management within Financial Services.

Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Fixed Income and Derivatives.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Bloomberg TOMS, Markitwire, Murex, or similar trading platforms.

Analytical Mind: Ability to spot patterns in complex data and solve problems independently.

Communication: Clear writing and speaking skills to explain technical processes to stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
