About the role
As a Business Training Officer, you will be under the guidance of Senior Officers and Training Managers. You will be the energetic face welcoming new joiners, delivering core training, and managing modern digital learning tools. This entry-level contract offers full immersion into training logistics, digital content production, and professional facilitation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions for IIQE in both classroom and Zoom environments.
- Support the seamless transition and monitoring of new hiring, ensuring they are prepared for onboarding success.
- Participate in designing and producing digital training materials, including video shooting/editing, script translation, and exploring AI tools to enhance e-learning platforms.
- Assist in regularly reviewing, updating, and translating PowerPoint decks and training resources to align with shifting regulatory and examination guidelines.
- Oversee daily training logistics, manage room and equipment readiness, track session enrollments, and prepare analytical progress reports using Excel.
- Collaborate with senior training management on strategic learning initiatives and cross-departmental corporate training projects.
Requirements
- University graduate in any discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; Fresh graduated welcome
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across different departments.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
- Fluency in spoken and written English & Chinese.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred
