As a Corporate Access Associate, you will serve as the crucial, high-touch bridge between institutional investors and corporate issuers. This short-term contract requires a sharp, articulate, and exceptionally organized professional to step in immediately and drive the seamless execution of regional roadshows, investor conferences, and executive itineraries.
Assist in the end-to-end coordination and execution of major corporate access events,
Take charge of practical logistics arrangements for regional events, seminars, conferences
Act as a key liaison across multiple channels, communicating effectively with both internal equity teams and external corporate/institutional clients
Provide dedicated administrative support to maintain active event calendars, update client databases, and manage sensitive project filing and documentation.
Track and review all event activities to ensure they are completed accurately, efficiently, and in strict accordance with institutional compliance requirements.
University graduate with a preferred background in financial services, corporate event management
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with professional fluency in Mandarin
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills, paired with a distinct "team player" mindset.
Highly detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on accuracy.
Must be available to start immediately or on a very short notice period to support the active upcoming conference cycle.
