Join a global automotive technology leader as a Software Engineer Project Lead, driving embedded software development for major Japanese OEM projects.
This position focuses on instrument cluster (meter) software development for next-generation vehicles, giving you the opportunity to lead cutting-edge automotive software projects from concept to mass production. You will collaborate closely with domestic OEMs, global engineering teams, and external partners in an international development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead embedded software development projects using C language
- Serve as the primary technical interface for Japanese OEM customers
- Manage project QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets and timelines
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle including design, code review, testing, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with global teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to software quality and testing efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in embedded software development using C language
- Experience in software project leadership or software management
- Automotive industry experience or strong interest in automotive technologies
- Familiarity with Git, CAN tools, or measurement equipment
Soft Skills:
- Strong self-motivation and passion for learning new automotive technologies
- Excellent intercultural communication skills for working with global teams
- Strong ownership mindset and reliability in managing projects through mass production
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business stakeholders
Language Requirements:
