In this role, you will manage high-value customer relationships, develop account growth strategies, and deliver solution-based sales across automotive safety, cybersecurity, compliance, and certification services. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key OEM customers and senior stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, revenue targets, and growth initiatives
- Identify and close new business opportunities through consultative and solution-based sales
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams
- Lead contract negotiations and support successful project delivery
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or client-facing roles
- Strong experience developing strategic account growth plans
- Experience in negotiation, consulting, and solution-based sales
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize business objectives
Soft Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and business development capabilities
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Language Requirements:
- English: Fluent
- Japanese: Fluent

- Familiarity with automotive type approval and regulatory frameworks
