In this role, you will work closely with automotive manufacturers and suppliers to provide tailored compliance and safety solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Sell automotive cybersecurity, functional safety, testing, and type approval services to OEMs and suppliers
- Identify and acquire new customers while expanding existing client accounts
- Understand customer challenges and propose tailored technical solutions
- Plan and execute marketing and business development activities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with automotive industry clients
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver effective customer solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven experience in new business development and account management
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions
- Experience managing sales pipelines and client relationships
Soft Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with strong business development capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Language Requirements:
- English: Fluent
- Japanese: Fluent
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in automotive industry sales with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
- Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity and functional safety standards such as ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434
- Familiarity with testing, certification, or type approval services
