    Our client, a market leader in their industry, is seeking a proactive, highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level support to the CEO and Senior Leadership team.


    This is a premier opportunity to work directly with the CEO, managing complex operations and facilitating growth in a fast-paced, demanding environment.


    As the primary point of contact for the CEO's office, you will be more than just an administrator; you will be a trusted liaison who empowers leadership to focus on strategic goals. This role requires a professional who can balance meticulous schedule management with cross-functional project support.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a key point of contact for the CEO and senior leadership team. Handle calls, emails and requests professionally. Screen, filter and redirect correspondence as needed.
    • Manage complex executive calendars, prioritising meetings and commitments.
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel. Book flights, accommodation and transport. Prepare detailed itineraries and manage expenses.
    • Organise meetings and events. Prepare agendas, book venues and coordinate materials. Capture minutes where required and arrange site visits and corporate engagements.
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion. Maintain strict confidentiality, acting as a trusted liaison internally and externally.
    • Support projects by tracking progress. Prepare reports, data and executive summaries. Contribute to wider business objectives where needed.
    • Facilitate communication across departments and stakeholders. Coordinate tasks, procurement and purchase orders. Support operational activities, including contract management and compliance
    • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive office in a positive and business-focused manner.

    Key Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years in an administrative/ EA role reporting directly to senior management.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning new digital filing systems and business tools.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of discretion.
    • Experience in developing internal processes and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
