    Office Administrator | Waterford (Hybrid)

    Salary: €34,000 - €38,000 (DOE)

    Location: Waterford City (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home)

    Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

    The Role

    Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team in Waterford.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operational Support: Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining digital records.

    • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for enquiries via phone and email, directing them to the relevant departments.

    • Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy.

    • Office Management: Coordinate office supplies, manage incoming/outgoing post, and assist with facility requirements.

    • Scheduling: Organize meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements where necessary.

    What You'll Bring

    • Experience: At least 2+ years in a busy administrative or office support role.

    • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.

    • Organization: A natural ability to multitask and prioritize a shifting workload without breaking a sweat.

    • Proactive Mindset: You don't just wait for tasks; you spot what needs to be done and take initiative.
