Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates
- Partner with HR and internal teams to deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in high-volume or fast-paced environments
- Proven success navigating complex stakeholder groups with minimal supervision
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions (e.g., tech, sales, back-office)
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Strategic thinking and adaptability in fast-moving environments
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native-level proficiency (required for candidate and stakeholder engagement)
- English: Intermediate to Business-level (comfortable in bilingual working settings)
