    Key Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the design and evolution of HR reporting frameworks and analytical tools
    • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in data management and reporting
    • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver insights that inform organizational priorities and workforce decisions
    • Participate in initiatives that strengthen system capabilities and improve the employee experience
    • Stay current on new technologies and apply them to support long-term business objectives
    • Support knowledge sharing and team development through guidance and expertise
    • Engage across functions to align data strategy with broader business needs

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 5+ years working with HRIS platforms and reporting tools, navigating complex data environments
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, Data Science, or equivalent experience
    Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in report creation, dashboards, and metrics for diverse stakeholders
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
    • Knowledge of HR processes, workforce data, and system governance practices
    Soft Skills:
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
    • Clear communication skills to collaborate across business units and functions

    Language Requirements

    • Japanese: Intermediate to Business level
    • English: Intermediate to Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Credentialed in advanced analytics frameworks within enterprise HR platforms
    • Experience in operationalizing and sustaining complex global HR systems
    • Comfortable in multicultural and globally distributed work environments
