Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mid-career hiring from sourcing to onboarding
- Tailor recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of 8 departments
- Manage internal approval workflows and headcount requests
- Ensure smooth hiring operations through cross-functional communication
- Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in mid-career recruitment
- Proven success in sourcing, job postings, interviews, and offers
- Familiarity with employment practices and labor regulations in Japan
- Team management or HR generalist experience preferred
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and other business tools
- Solid IT literacy
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and logical communication skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across various functions
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native
- English: Intermediate to Business level
