Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mid-career hiring from sourcing to onboarding
• Tailor recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of 8 departments
• Manage internal approval workflows and headcount requests
• Ensure smooth hiring operations through cross-functional communication
• Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in mid-career recruitment
• Proven success in sourcing, job postings, interviews, and offers
• Familiarity with employment practices and labor regulations in Japan
• Team management or HR generalist experience preferred

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and other business tools
• Solid IT literacy

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and logical communication skills
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across various functions
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native
• English: Intermediate to Business level
