Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various retail positions, including store managers, sales associates, and operational staff.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements.
- Coordinate and manage recruitment events, such as job fairs and career expos, to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of retail positions, from entry-level to managerial roles.
- Business English and Native Japanese
