Roles/Responsibilities
- We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist to join our HR team. This unique role is ideal for someone with a strong background in talent acquisition and direct sourcing who is eager to broaden their HR expertise.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Support HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR practices align with business goals.
Required skills
- Native Japanese speaker with business-level English proficiency.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and direct sourcing.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
