Roles/Responsibilities
- Workforce Planning: Analyze and forecast workforce needs, develop staffing strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession plans for key roles, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of leadership.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making related to workforce planning and talent management.
Required skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR planning, workforce planning, or a similar role.
- Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and analytics tools.
