This senior client-facing position focuses on business origination, corporate banking, relationship management, cross-border financing, treasury solutions, and capital markets advisory. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping clients achieve their strategic growth objectives while delivering comprehensive banking solutions across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of large Japanese corporate clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers, and senior corporate decision-makers.
- Originate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across multiple banking products.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen client relationships and increase wallet share.
- Coordinate product specialists and global banking teams to deliver integrated Corporate & Investment Banking solutions.
- Identify and execute financing, acquisition, and cross-border business opportunities.
- Provide strategic advice on lending, treasury, transaction banking, and capital markets solutions.
- Monitor client performance, credit quality, and portfolio risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to support international client needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience covering large Japanese corporate clients within Corporate Banking, Global Banking, or Relationship Management.
- Proven track record of business origination and revenue generation.
- Experience managing relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and senior corporate executives.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, credit analysis, and banking products.
- Experience delivering lending, transaction banking, treasury, and capital markets solutions.
- Experience working within an international banking environment.
- Experience coordinating cross-border transactions and multinational client relationships.
