Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce service standards for counter operations.
- Manage and train the counter team, including area and store managers.
- Support client expansion and drive business outcomes.
- Plan and implement strategies for team recruitment, training, and retention.
- Oversee daily operations and communicate with facility managers to ensure smooth functioning.
Required skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the service industry; area management experience is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in customer service and team management.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
