Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and distribute press releases and related materials
- Build and manage media relationships; coordinate interviews and coverage
- Plan and execute PR campaigns and promotional events
- Maintain and update the corporate website with timely content
- Manage crisis communications in coordination with global teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 4+ years in PR, communications, or media relations
- Strong background in handling media and public-facing messaging
- Proven ability to manage PR projects from strategy to execution
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native
- English: Basic (for internal communication)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in global companies or digital-focused industries is a plus
